Our Administrative Team covers all areas of our business. This team provides the dealership and its personnel with assistance in processing business, claims, underwriting,commissions, overrides, and reports.
Carol joined Pettes and Hesser in 2000 with an extensive administration and public relations background. She specializes in working with RV Dealers and heads up our RV division. She also interacts with both the auto and accounting departments.
She currently holds Property/Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses for the state of Arizona.
In the past 7 1/ 2 years, Mary’s responsibilities at Pettes and Hesser are primarily accounting. She is head of our marine and power sports department and is also immediately focused on our clients’ needs.
She holds current Property/Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses for the state of Arizona.
Educational accomplishments include two associates degrees from Scottsdale Community College.
Based in Chicago, IL. Sonny has over 10 years’ experience in the Automotive/F&I industry. Having worked in both the servicing end of dealerships as a Regional F&I Director throughout the Midwest and having experience as F&I manager at the dealership level, he enjoys many relationships that he has built over those tenures.
With years of hands on training of both dealership F&I managers to the sales team, Sonny will assist you in servicing your dealership needs and help you increase backend profits.
