The majority of our staff is former F&I directors and dealer principals so we understand the needs of your dealership. What sets us apart is that we bring our training to your dealership with your staff to show them step by step how to get the results that has become our trademark.
Pettes & Hesser we see training as dealership-wide, whether its teaching service writers how to sell off the service drive or work with company claims personnel to get claims paid, compliance officer training or role playing with the sales department to implement proven turn over procedures that get results. Our trainers are experienced F&I producers and will even present F&I products to your retail customers.
We realize training is an ongoing process that requires constant attention. We have designed a detailed monthly report to track each F&I person’s progress. We offer F&I 20 groups in a Go To Meeting format, regional and national roundtables, menu building software, online videos and regular visits from our regional account executives. Our classes, and reports are always free to our dealer partners, because our success is based on your success.
